Builders Warranty Inspection: 10 - 11 months after you move into your new home, have it inspected and prepare a list of outstanding deficiencies to review with your builder before the 1 year warranty expires.

Renters Inspections: For renters at the time of move-in to help avoid conflicts when moving out of rental property, apartments, commercial spaces, etc.  This is inspection does not meet the legal definition of a home inspection, but is a report by an independent third party that documents the status of the property when you move in.

Divorce Home Inspections: The spouse retaining the home should obtain an independent inspection to see what they are truly getting.  A full inspection is suggested so any impact on value, or upcoming issues can be addressed by either using the marital assets for repair, or adjusting the value of the home in the property settlement.

Investigative/Diagnostic Home Inspections:  Has something changed with your home? Been through a storm and wonder if there was damage that isn't obvious yet? Hired a contractor for a project and not sure if the job was done right?  This report is designed for a specific problem or event to help the owner gather information before a problem becomes too expensive to correct, if not irreversible.

Maintenance Home Inspections/Schedules: These are typically best if done about every two years.  The report not only determines items that need to be repaired, it also provides a schedule of maintenance items to be performed in the future to help protect your asset.
